As we end the first month of the new year, we entered into 2019 with exciting activities and learning opportunities. We started the new year with professional development learning about being Trauma-Informed from Sara Robinson to our 4/5 Music Program – In the Groove –  to Bucket Filling Week of activities to promote kindness, Henley Middle School principal, counselor and former students visit our 5th graders, WAHS Drama, Robotics and Beekeeper visit our 1st, 2nd & 3rd graders, School Spelling Bee and Kindness Parade.  In the mist of all these positive community builder activities, teachers administered mid-year assessments to gauge what I students have learned and plan forward – New Horizons!
